Intro

Over the years, TRA has been involved in multiple overseas - driven projects - ranging from real estate to energy, mining, and blockchain innovation.

Key Project Highlight

Blockchain R&D with Curtin University 2018-2021

WA Property Development Projects (2021-2025)

BTC-Mining Solar Farm - Northern WA (2023-2025)

Since 2018, TRA Western Australia Property Group has been formally engaged by Curtin University to jointly develop two applied blockchain research programs - "Blockchain Technology for Construction Supply Chain & Cost Management" (Project Code: RES60719) and "The Effective Use of Blockchain and Advanced Technologies Across the Whole Project Lifecycle." These collaborations were conducted under fully executed Research Services Agreements between Curtin University and TRA WA Group.

Since 2021, TRA WA Property Group has overseen the full transformation of

11 Elshaw Street, Queens Park (https://www.realestate.com.au/property/11-elshaw-st-queens-park-wa-6107/)

- securing buyers, arranging capital and managing a complex subdivision that successfully converted the site into 3 individual lots. Given the zoning requirements in this area, achieving a three-lot subdivision was a highly challenging process, yet TRA successfully navigated all planning and compliance hurdles.

TRA identified and secured a Northern WA solar-power asset capable of delivering stable, continuous generation for a large-scale blockchain compute facility (https://www.btcmining.com.au/) . By coordinating the integration of advanced inverters and utility-grade BESS storage, we enabled a fully renewable, 24/7 data-centre operation - demonstrating our ability to merge energy infrastructure with high performance digital workloads.

Warehouse Project, Rockingham WA 2023 - Present

WA Energy - Industry Energy Storage 2025

ARC-Backed Energy Storage Manufacturing Initiative 2025

Opened in 2023, the facility offers a full range of self-storage units in East Rockingham (https://littlestoragerockingham.com.au/). TRA bring together local landowners and overseas principals to create fully autonomous, self-managed mini-warehouse facilities. From site selection to system setup, our role is to develop storage projects where customers can access, manage and secure their units independently - a modern, low-touch, no-staff operational model designed for flexibility and efficiency.

TRA established a strategic working relationship with WA Energy Pty Ltd (https://www.waenergy.com.au/). Our role focuses on bridging their team with suitable Chinese suppliers in the energy-storage and clean-energy sectors, and coordinating joint efforts to introduce these product into Australian market and also assisting in identifying suitable sites in WA to develop their business showroom and warehouse facility - a step designed to strengthen customer confidence and support their long-term market presence.

NPS (https://www.anpsh.com.au/) and the University of Technology Sydney have secured and ARC industry Laureate Fellowship Grant, with AUD 3.5 million dedicated to advancing large-capacity battery and BESS research

TRA has been engaged under and MoU to assist commercialese and localize this R&D in Western Australia, including setup of a fully automated battery production line, site identification, recourse coordination and government grant pathways.
